Our company operates on a trouble ticket system, this allows us to provide a fast and efficient service to all our customers. Whenever you have a problem, you simply send an e-mail to an e-mail address provided when you signup for the server administration service. This will automatically open a new ticket for you and thereafter, your problem will be tracked through that ticket. Further details about our ticket system can be found here.
Response Time
We try our best to respond to any ticket as soon as possible. Generally, you should see a response ranging anywhere from 15 minutes to 12 hours. Some problems do take longer to resolve, but you will be notified by a systems administrator if this is the case.
