We want to show you the system that we use to deal with the problems that you send in to us. More than 90% of our work goes through the trouble ticket system. The software is called Cerberus Helpdesk, it is an enterprise strength e-mail mangement system designed specifically for customer support issues.

What does it do?
- Cerberus allows us to see which ticket needs to be answered first and how long each ticket has been open for. We will answer tickets as they are sent into the system.
- Each ticket is assigned a ticket identification number, so you don't have to be worried about having to explain everything in the past to us again, we can simply look it up in the history of the ticket.
- We are able to transfer tickets from one systems administrator to another, allowing us to make sure that your ticket is answered by the most suitable person.
Now that you know your tickets are answered in a good manner, you can be assured that when you send a ticket in, you'll always get an answer back.
Our trouble ticket system will confirm receipt of your e-mail to us when a new ticket is opened by sending an automatic response back to you informing you that we have received your e-mail and also it will provide you with the ticket id that the system has assigned it.
